Due to the MASSIVE price hike by Royal Mail, we are now unable to offer FREE postage on our listings. However, we will try to find alternative and more cost effective mailing methods.

Please do not pay for separate items! Just wait for OUR invoice, which will combine everything together. This will avoid you paying a separate Postage Rate on everything you have purchased and WILL save you money because, once a payment has gone through, we cannot then send refunds on separate payments, as PAYPAL charges a separate fee on each payment and we would lose money on each refund!

Please Note: items are usually despatched within 48 hours excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays. Sometimes, we are away for a few days but we will keep you up to date through Hip messages. Please do not give us lowered DSR`s. We all have another life away from Hip!

We offer both STANDARD and INSURED mailing options. If you decline the Insured option, you are accepting that IF something should go wrong but, it VERY RARELY does, then you will NOT make a claim for non-receipt against us.

We offer COMBINED POSTAGE RATES, subject to WEIGHT restrictions in place by ROYAL MAIL, the UK Postal Carriers.

When paying with PAYPAL

Any item, ( or total items if combining lots ), over £36.00 that is paid via PAYPAL must be sent by signed for `Special Delivery`, ( or `International Signed For` if overseas ), this is a requirement of PAYPAL terms and conditions.

We also only send to confirmed addresses.

If not paying by PAYPAL then the item / items can be sent by ordinary mail and we will obtain a certificate of posting but however please note that the Royal Mail will only then cover you up to £36.00 compensation.

Feedback
PLEASE TAKE NOTE, the `new` Feedback system is not fair to the Seller, as they are unable to leave `true` feedback, should something go wrong. The Seller is `forced` to leave only a Positive comment and should there be ANY negative wording in that Feedback, then they stand to have their business closed down by Hip! Therefore, should you have a problem, CONTACT US FIRST, before resorting to Neutral or Negative Feedback. If we are able to sort it out, we will do so!

Private Feedback
If you are one of the few on Hip who has made their Feedback "Private", please make it `PUBLIC` BEFORE bidding on our items. If you choose to ignore this, we will only mail by a SIGNED FOR SERVICE. We believe that EVERYONE has the right to view ALL Feedback comments on a Buyers` profile, as it is all too easy to `hide` Neutral and Negative comments by going Private. If you use a BID SNIPE service to try to circumvent this restriction, we will only mail the item/s by a SIGNED FOR SERVICE and that will ensure we KNOW the item has been received. If you are `cheeky` and pay for the item/s BEFORE we see that you have Private Feedback, then we will just REVERSE your payment and re-invoice you!

All items are mailed in a new Board Backed envelope marked "Do Not Bend". We mail Monday to Friday only. We are unable to mail at Weekends or on Bank Holidays.

Returns Policy

We only accept returns for mis-described items. We do not accept returns for `Change of Mind`. We cannot accept returns on Mixed Lots. Returned items MUST be mailed by method received in a similar envelope together with Proof of Postage at the Buyers expense. We will only refund the Purchase Price, as we are unable to reclaim the cost of any postage from the Postal Carrier.
