A 19th Century French Collection of 17 NAPOLEON III and CERES heads issues. Totally Unchecked for Catalog #'s, varieties or values. There are some nice postmarks but again unchecked. Most of them are heavily hinged with old hinge remnants from being in a very old collection / accumulation . there are some faults, so look at the front and back pictures.Because of its nature this lot is sold " AS IS AS DESCRIBED and AS PICTURED"These are the stamps that you will get.Shipping in the US via Ground Advantage with tracking # **Foreign Shipping via Hip international.
