Condition: Mint, never hinged
Georgia (ga) & mississippi (ms) state flag stamps with former flag
Georgia and mississippi state flags on 2 u.S. Postage stamps, issued by the usps in 1976. (scott #1636 and scott #1652)

Note: The Georgia state flag has changed (2003) and no longer includes the C***derate "X" with stars in the design. The Mississippi flag had a similar design since 1894, but on June 28, 2020, the Mississippi state legislature passed a bill requiring that state's flag to be redesigned, removing the C***derate Rebel Flag design.

Both stamps are in mint, post office fresh condition with intact gum on reverse.
