* Engraved "ARTCRAFT" cachet

* Bald Eagle clutching Shield with 'Stars and Bars' on it

* "8c Embossed / Stamped Envelope / Series of 1971 / REVALUED" below

* Postmarked: "WASHINGTON, DC" at top / bottom with "DEC / 1 / 1973" in center

Condition:Front and rear of cover are clean. Clean FDC postmark; does not obscure stamp in any way. Minimal, if any, discoloration. No creases, tears, or folds. Unaddressed "ARTCRAFT" engraved black printing on white cover. Envelope flap sealed.
