Nice, clean example of 1968 First Day of Issue of Scott #1354 6c stamp honoring the "First Navy Jack Flag"
* Art Craft cachet with vignette of the flag below a scene of the Battle of the Bon Homme Richard and the Serapis at top / "First Navy Jack Flag" at bottom
* Postmarked "PITTSBURGH, PA." at top with "JUL 4 1968" in center

Condition:

Cover protected since acquisition in Lighthouse-brand album with archival-quality pages. Front and rear of cover are very clean. Clean postmark and cancel; does not obscure stamp in any way. Minimal, if any, discoloration. No creases, tears, or folds. Engraved ArtCraft black and white cachet. Clean, unmarked reverse. Open flap with undisturbed glue in mint condition. This is a very nice, unaddressed FDC in excellent condition.
