First Day of Issue - Scott #1209 1c regular postage "Andrew Jackson" in Block of 4 + 1 format FDC. Art Craft cachet featuring a portrait od Andrew Jackson at top / "1c POSTAGE STAMP / Series 1963" at bottom. Reverse of cover clean with only slight yellowing due to age; Unaddressed. Postmarked "NEW YORK / N.Y" at top/bottom with "MAR 22 9-AM 1963" in center. Tucked flap.
