Shipping Instructions: All items are sent by USPS. As there is no tracking on regular post, all items are sent at the buyer's risk. I cannot be held responsible for shipments that "go missing" in the post. Certified, registered, and insured shipments will incur additional fees depending on the service requested and must be paid by the buyer requesting the service before shipment. That being said, very rarely do items go missing in the USA and I have only had a few mailings "not show up" in over 20 years. In my experience, Western Europe has a fairly solid reputation for on-time deliveries, while certain countries in Asia can be hit-and-miss with delivery.
