See footnote before Scott #192. Propaganda stamps issued by the Eritrean People's Liberation Front issued for use in liberated areas of Eritrea. See elsewhere on Hipstamp at about $20.00 per set. Mint never hinged (MNH/MUH). See photo of back of stamps. Better photos or scans are available upon request, as sometimes the colors don't show correctly.
