Incredible Stamp group Mentioned in Scott with 1948 Currency Devaluation in East GermanyWorld War 2 Russian Zone German Stamps went to some city Post Offices and were Hand-stamped with City &Number for use in Russian Zone! Dresden almost destroyed by bombing in1 City Center in 1945 is one of the City Stamps with Leipzig in bottom group and amazing this set Survived let alone Mint Never Hinged! Dresden is a great City much rebuilt and old Capital of Saxony with Russian Putin Stationed there in 1990 before German Reunification! None of these Stamps is listed in Scott-so how Rare are they no one knows but this is the largest and Best Condition Group I have ever seen and makes any German Collection GREAT!
