DUAL FDC produced for the 22c stamp issued on September 17, 1987 in honor of the 200th anniversary of the Signing of the U.S. Constitution (Sc. 2360) and also cancelled as an FDC for one of the 22c booklet pane stamps issued on August 8, 1987 (Sc. 2355) in honor of the Drafting of the U.S. Constitution (Sc. 2355-2359). Multicolored cachet produced by the House of Farnam, featuring Independence Hall and the caption "We the People". This cachet was originally produced for the booklet pane and then DUAL cancelled with the Signing stamp. Unaddressed.
