Item Description
This is the 1863 Andrew Jackson 2-cent Civil War era issue, which bares a four-ring target cancellation (URC) that is now for sale. The stamp is a natural left-margin straight-edge and, on careful observation, that straight-edge reveals a printer's miscut of the larger sheet into panes showing traces of the stamp originally to the left.
