Published in 1922 by Stanely Gibbons Inc. and produced by the Continental, American, and National Banknote Companies and the Bureau of Printing and Engraving, this is a handy philatelic reference for identifying the fine points of the U.S. officials by federal departments (and straight from the horse's press or at least stamp printers). The 62-page out-of-print booklet gives insight in the specimen stamps, the denominations, types of paper, and more.

The paperback for sale is definitely previously owned, but was also nicely cared for since its printing.
