The pamphlet, Toskana (Italian state), written by philatelic expert Otto E. Stiedl and supplemented with photography by Fritz Billig is a must have for the early Italian state stamp collector. The 1935 copyrighted pamphlet is a quality production of 24 pages of philatelic references and examples (black and white glossy images) 64 illustrations/photographs with distinguishing features of the original and fake stamps. The one possible drawback is that the publication is written in German.
