This is the 1991 popular New York postmaster's provisional first edition reference hardback written by Stanley M. Piller, which is now for sale. This is a must-have reference for the fine detail variations within one of the nation's most desirable provisional issues, and it is quickly becoming one of the scarcer volumes within the hobby.
