Interesting San Rafael, Marin County, California, cover to Howellville, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, franked with a 10-c green Scott #35 10-cent stamp tied to the cover with a San Rafael CAL cancellation featuring a manuscript July 23 at its center. There is a notation of postage "Due 10" indicating the original contents might have weighed a little more than the initial 10-cents paid.

The stamp is exceptionally sound and also includes a small imprint capture just visible between the "F" and "A" of the CDS. Nice postal history/cover, although the left portion of the cover is reduced about one-quarter inch inward. Please study the images for clarity, color, condition, cancel, and centering.
