The pamphlet, Romagna (Italian state), written by philatelic expert Otto E. Stiedl and supplemented with photography by Fritz Billig is a must have for the early Italian state stamp collector. The 1934 copyrighted pamphlet is a quality production of 18 pages of philatelic references and examples (black and white glossy images) 30 enlargements with 300 distinguishing features of the original and design corrections. The one possible drawback is that the publication is written in German.
