Item Description

This is the mid-19th Century British definitive 1 Penny Victorian stamp for sale. The stamp is very, very attractive with a crisp cancellation that just misses Her Majesty's chin leaving collector's with a clean, fresh issue. The stamp follows the design of the Black Penny with typical margins, but is on blue paper and re-engraved with perforations gauged at 14. This is a nice example and will enhance any British collection. Please study the images for cancellation, clarity, color, condition, and centering.
