This is the American Philatelic Handbook Series 1982 first edition hardback book written by John L. Kay and Chester M. Smith Jr. and offers a detailed look into the postal history of one of the nation's first, original states, which is now for sale. Long out of print the book chronicles the Post Offices and postmasters of the state since 1775 -- before the American Revolution. Please see the images for the covers and a couple of sample pages of this informational resource. Similar used volumes are sometimes located in marketplaces such as Amazon starting aroun $50 plus shipping.
