Item Description

This is a 1-cent blue early 1850's Franklin postally used imperforate definitive stamp for sale. The color is crisp and very well centered for the issue, but it is possible there is a tiny thin in the upper left of Franklin's hair. The stamp is cancelled with a circular seven-bar grid in black ink, which is very clear on Franklin's face but gradually fades to the right of the stamp.
