Item Description

This is the pair of plate numbered blocks of four certified mail delivery stamps, which are now for sale. The blocks are sequentially numbered #25179 (an upper right corner PNB) and #25180 (a lower left corner PNB). All eight stamps and selvage are full never hinged original gum and have nicely balanced margins. Please study the images for clarity, color, condition, and centering.
