This is the July 23, 1940 Cuban upper margin block with sheet selvage recognizing the Lions International Convention (to be hosted then in Havana), which is for sale. The stamp block is full original never hinged gum. The block is completely sound and without perf separation or any other flaws. There are no hidden faults.Please review the image for clarity, condition, centering, and color.
