Published in 1912 by the United States Revnue Society and J. Delano Bartlett and Walter W. Norton, this is a handy philatelic reference for the revenue collectors. The 76-page out-of-print booklet gives insight into many of the most popular revenue issues being collected -- tobacco stamps, potatoe issues, and many more.
The paperback for sale is definitely previously owned with a few rubber stamped ownership impressions inside the front and reverse covers, but was also nicely cared for since its printing.
