This is a classic 1873 Agricultural Official featuring the vingette of Benjamin Franklin, but tragedically a major hinge-related pulled perf/damage. The stamp is otherwise very fresh but with no remaining gum. It is now really a pricey space filler. Please study the scans and decide for yourself, before purchasing.
