the price that the Dealer had listed on the stamps. In many cases we are selling this for less
than the cost of the actual certificate.
As the condition of the stamp is exceptionally well noted on the PSE
Cert and it is imperative that we keep our expenses low so we can sell these very
inexpensively, we have posted the exact scan of the certificate as well
