Condition: fresh lot of two scott #11 plate blocks just broken from a sheet of 200...Clearly some mixed condition as would always be expected in these issues (see front and back scans for details)...Please note that the keating printings always have brown and uneven distribution as is well shown on these plate blocks...Should be well worth the offer price to the appropriate student in this field...
