CONFEDERATE STATES OF AMERICA: 5c Blue; local print in a dark shade, (Scott #7), pair, used with partial Richmond cancel, good margins, left stamp has some White around the eye making it a popeye variety or at least approaching a popeye, pair were creased between stamps ending in a tear at bottom which has been repaired, some HR or adhesive on reverse w ms note, does not show through or detract, 100% genuine pair with a lot going for it!
