Item Description
This is a used, 1861 Confederate States of America, pale green 5 cent Jefferson Davis. It is a lithograph on soft porous paper, imperforated. The stamp does not have any gum, and there is no sign of having been hinged. As can seen by the two photos, approximately 3/32" along the righthand side is missing. The Scott 2015 Specialized Catalogue Value is $175. This is a rare stamp, and even with the missing right hand edge, would be a nice addition to any collection.Note:
