Hello! This auction is for a COMPLETE collection of ALL 31 Commemorative, Definitive, Special and Priority stamp CF Issues of 2023. Accompanying these are their companion genuine stamps.39 Different Scott Numbered issues were produced by the USPS, and 31 were faked.This Lot includes both the Genuine & CF stamps ALONG with Descriptive tab for BOTH Authentic and CF Stamps (see Scans). Some of the differences are striking--see Ernest Gaines and the School Bus Coil. CFs are listed in the tabs as (CF?) because no Scott catalogue number has been established, but future catalogues will surely list these---Scott now has a separate catalogue dedicated to Cfs.Booklet issues and especially defintive Flag coils have multiple varieties, but the purpose of this listing is to provide only 1 example of each of the 31 known CFs.See my other listings for other lots including no-die cut issues and composite year sets.All Stamps are on their original backing paper and are Mint Never Hinged, of course. All stamps are Forever stamps except where noted below. In 2023, the First-class letter 1oz rate increased from 60c to 63c to 66c and postcard from 48c to 51c . The non-machineable rate increased from 39c to 40c and the additional ounce rate remained to 24c.
