MAILOMAT Meter stamps: TWO; the cover is Pittsburgh meter number #51082, on small greeting card envelope, late-ish Dec 16 1958 usage, slogan (Gateway to the Future) cancel at bottom, even though the stamp did not require canceling an overzealous clerk added yet another light duplex, addr Dallas TX, rare commercial use, this meter was originally installed in 1948 so it had been in use for over ten years, other item is a 2" x 6" piece with meter #51031 NYC April 8 1949, handstamped "Rola-Pix" c/c obscures slogan (Pennsylvania Station) a bit, Rola-Pix was a Sales Board distributor, adhesive on reverse of piece (where window was attached?), this machine was originally installed in Cleveland Ohio and was transferred to NYC roughly 1945, very unusual and very commercial lot, Fine-VF!

Neither of these stamps have been on the market for thirty years. You don't see them very often.
