Nearly all mint collection on 9 Scott specialty album pages, appears complete for the regular issues for the period.

All in mounts; but only about half of the mint that I spot checked are never hinged.

It’s not practical to provide scans of all the stamps in large lots like this. For most lots, the scans of just a few representative pages are provided to give the buyer a good idea of what is in the lot.

Domestic sale only; the cost of shipping collections on pages outside the US is prohibitive. International customers inquire if you are interested in buying the lot and paying the high shipping cost.

Collections on pages will be shipped by regular mail in large envelopes, without tracking and without additional insurance, unless the buyer requests and pays for it. If many of these are bought at one time, shipment will usually be in flat rate boxes, which provide tracking.

A flat shipping cost is quoted; if a customer buys several of these collections on pages, shipping will be combined and the cost to the buyer will be the actual shipping cost, so a partial refund of the shipping cost might be in order.

Collections like this can only be returned if grossly misdescribed, or if I ship the wrong lot.
