Germany DDR collection on well-filled Minkus pages to 1976, CV $400+++.

The $400 catalog value is only for the first 8-10 pages, covering through 1951. The rest of the collection, which I did not catalog, consists of mostly complete mostly mint issues 1952-1976, except for 1958-1960. That section contains about 1800 different stamps and souvenir sheets.

Everything is in mounts; the mint after 1962 are nearly all never hinged.

Better items noted like Scott 144a and 146a never hinged perf and imperf; and never hinged 243a and 264a.

Scans show only a few pages, to give you an idea of what is in the collection.

Offered at this time at about 15-20% of Scott catalog value; if it doesn't sell in this form, I will eventually break it down into smaller pieces that I will probably sell at about 30-35% of Scott.

Domestic sale only; the cost of shipping collections in albums outside the US is prohibitive. International customers inquire if you are interested in buying the lot and paying the high shipping cost.

Collections in albums will be shipped by regular mail as packages. If practical, shipment will be in USPS flat rate boxes, which provides tracking. Larger packages (as when more than one of these collections in albums is ordered) will be sent by regular package mail, without tracking and without additional insurance, unless the buyer requests and pays for it.

A flat shipping cost is quoted for each lot like this; the quoted cost in nearly all cases is enough to more than cover the actual cost. The actual shipping cost will be whatever it actually costs to ship, so in nearly all cases a partial refund of the quoted shipping cost will be made. If a customer buys several of these collections in albums, shipping will be combined and again the difference between the actual shipping cost and the quoted shipping cost will be refunded.

Collections like this can only be returned if grossly misdescribed, or if I ship the wrong lot.
