This is a mint never hinged City of Winnipeg Wildlife Conservation stamp. This stamp was originally issued with no gum and has no gum. This is one Canada’s first ever conservation stamps. Issued before there was a Federal Duck stamp program in Canada and before most of the provinces had ever issued any. This stamp depicts a single Canada Goose swimming. I am a member of the Canadian Stamp Dealers Association, Royal Philatelic Society of Canada and the American Philatelic Society.
