SCV $0.25 (2018). Single 8-fen + 4-fen Friends semi-postal stamp commemorating the 40th anniversary of International Children's Day & the 10th International Year of the Child in MNH, VF condition. No flaws noted. The gum is immaculate & dull, the stamp is crisp & its colors are bright. The surtax was for the China Children's Fund. Lithographed, water-activated gum, perf 12.
