CHINA - 1934 (27 Sept) 1c Orange + 1c Orange JUNK type REPLY CARD with Pre Printed Return Address "Grand Hotel de Pekin, PEIPING" with Message about a "Tiffin" (Light Meal) by The American Association in Honor of Judge Milton J. Helmick and Addressed to a Lt. Col. W.S. Drysdale Military Attache's Office Peiping. NOT MAILED.

Col. Drysdale reported about the Shanghai War in 1932 and Judge Helmick was Appointed to the US Court for China in Shanghai. Both Men Having Distinguished Careers. The Judge was Held Prisoner by The Japanese for a Short Time in 1941.
