Combined CAPEX 1978 FDC with USA (1757a 1757b 1757c 1757d 1757e 1757f 1757g 1757h) and Canada *754 755 756) with additional upper left block of USA 1757 added afterwards (Cancelled Aug 28 1978 in Washington DC). FDC is Cacheted and produced by Artmaster and only 500 were made at the time. This cover has some toning on the front and back from the glue used in the envelope (due to the cover above it when stored after purchase in 1978) but is still a great addition to your FDC or CAPEX collections.Seller Information
