Canal Zone UX1 postal card; the 19-07 first issue overprint on a Panama issue. 50,000 cards printed; 2018 Scott $40. Small mark on back; pencil notation at bottom right on front could easily be erased. Small wrinkle near indicia.Your satisfaction is guaranteed. APS member since 1992 and Hip seller since 1996.
