Condition:  fresh and very clean for issue nice matched set of 12 fdc's of c15-20 as shown...Each issue has a pair and a block nicely tied to the covers...The higher values are registered and/or registered special delivery as shown...The lower values are marked postage insufficient as shown...Minimal wear much better than typical for this issue and without any toning that typically plagues these issues...Worthy of the finest collection...Should be worth more than the sum of the used stamps alone...
