Grade: Ungraded
Condition: Fresh set of 7 unissued stamps with original PF cert for the 10 cent value as shown...the PF spent months deliberating whether these were postally used or a favor cancel and made the determination of contemporary favor cancel as per the cert...I sent one item as a proxy for the other used stamps in the set (the 1st 4 are cancelled and I cannot confimr such on the 3 highest values), OG on the top 2 values as shown...this set is much fresher than usually seen, and I am hard pressed to see any used stamps from this issue in my decades of experience...a rare find missing from most collections... I have added a nice selection of many stamps to my store. I fondly remember going to stamp shows as a child, enjoying going through counter books where I could pick out the 'ideal' stamp for me. The days where local stamp shows would allow this experience are few and far between. I have attempted to re-create this by listing selected stock which you can pick from.
