Canal Zone 38b 1c Booklet MNH Catalog value for one pane is $500. This is a partial booklet with one full pane below, four stamps still holding as partial pane above them, plus the two stamps detached from there, plus most fragments of the front cover. Evidently it is normal for the original wax paper separators to be adhered to the stamps and these certainly are, no gum is visible and it appears impossible to detach the stamps from their backing. Everything is extremely fragile after likely long exposure to tropical heat and humidity so I didn't dare try to fold the partial pane over to scan the lower one but the two panes neither are stuck to each other nor the booklet cover, only to their waxed(?) separating papers. The scan-magnifying function works very well on these two scans, I did them initially at 300 dpi to capture as much detail as possible.
