Item Description

Condition:  Fresh and rare overprint shift margin stamp with minimal disturbed gum, hinged as shown...this is the Scott listed 14h, Canal Zone 14c, rose brown overprint, with horizontal misplaced '8 cts' overprint to the left resulting in a ?unique' '8' in left margin variety as well as a possibly unique 'cts 8' variety...I have also included information from the Plass book reference to show the lesser shift which resulted only in a split overprint **this is not a 14.19** (I also have a pair in my store)...worthy of the finest CZ collection...
