Canada sc #15v (1867-8) 5c beaver major re-entry block used on piece vf

5c vermilion beaver,  block of four and single, struck with with grid cancels, the upper right stamp of block showing the major re-entry (state 10; position 28),the strong doubling throughout the entire design clearly visible, this re-entry recorded only for a brief period in 1867-8, scarce and particularly desirable in a block of four, this example with exceptional provenance, very fine.
