Item Description

This lot contains two Imperial Penny Postage “Map Xmas 1898” stamps from Canada. These stamps are Scott # 85 issued December 7 1898. One stamp is a used Fine stamp with a barely visible cancel on the left of the stamp, the other is a Very Fine mint never hinged stamp. The mint stamp has some gum bends on the back and appears to have a browner paper.

I am a member of the Canadian Stamp Dealers Association and the Royal Philatelic Society of Canada.
