Failure to complete this procurement within 24 hours will result in the stamp(s) item be relisted and you will no longer be allowed to send offers; for future stamp(s) items.

When your procurement item has arrived at your destination and when you the investor leaves Feedback for Roman’s Stamps; is when the Procurement is finalized and that is when you will receive your Feedback. You will not receive Feedback until the Investment Procurement is completed.

Buyer resumes all responsibility for the stamp(s), Postcards, Pre-stamped Envelopes, Postal Covers and Cinderella stamps they are investing to Procure from Roman's Stamp's "AS IS" for stamp issues; example: thinning, hinge removal, stains, creases, etc.

Postal Shipping Lost, Stolen or Damaged Items will have to be claimed thru PayPal; this is out of my control when I ship your procurement.
