in the listing.  Please look closely at pictures and ask questions before
bidding.  Stamps delivered without background mounting materiel or
pages.  If the title and/or
description do not match the picture, please inquire which is correct before
bidding.  If you bid without inquiring, I will assume you are happy with either.  If the Scott numbers
appear as xxx/yyy, it means not all issues between xxx and yyy are provided
with this sale. 

Shipping
I combine shipping on multiple purchases
up to $65 total value bought in a 7 day period for an additional cost of 40 cents per item as long as they are paid for with one PayPal
payment.  If you pay for items individually, you will not benefit
from the same reduced S/H costs.  Wait for or ask for a combined invoice
before paying. 

To ensure your are fully
reimbursed if the item is lost in the mail, you should ask for registered mail.
Purchases over $65 in total will be sent registered mail at buyer's
expense.  Additional cost will be $12 to Canada, $15 to the US and $21 to
the rest of the world.

8 days.   International and US buyers are responsible for all tariffs,
duties, fees and VATs.
