This stamp is in Superb condition and is mint never hinged with full original gum and post office fresh. It is accompanied by 2023 PSE Graded Certificate which scores it Superb 98J Mint OGnh. A spectacular showpiece in every regard; beautifully centered amid oversized margins and color and gum are crisp and fresh. This is the deep green variety of wet printing on thin paper from 1924.

Catalog value is $90.00 (Cdn) for VF according to Unitrade 2023 and at the time of listing the PSE does not list a value for the 107a in any grade, nor do they list population report for Canadian graded stamps as of yet. The PF database shows highest they have graded is a single 95XQ. A thorough search of past sales on the internet yields no comparison to this stamp. It is destined for only the finest of collections.
