C³­­ first day covers were produced by john croper of richmond, kentucky. The first cachet was for the tiffany lamp stamp (scott 3758) issued at the aps stamp show on march 1, 2003.  c³ is in the process of ceasing operations.

All of their cachets are very beautiful and very professionally designed. These cachets rival those of any cachet maker.
