Condition: Overall good condition, but envelope has torn back flap.

1939 Flight Pan-Am Flight. Letter from Honolulu, Hawaii. Letter has some words that are non-legible. The following is our best reading of the letter. Words not legible are indicated as (?):Dear Matie, The China Clipper started to (?) we that you would get a thrill out - if getting a little no time to write any thing particular but we are thrilled with the scenery and every thing. We have hired a car so are driving a lot. Today we are to see the Hulu Girls dance on the beach. We had (?) (?) for supper last night - managed nicely. The radio works (?) (?) (?) - any thing. We are only about a block from the beach where the water is shallow and the sand ground (?) (?) (?). Have to hurry this to get it to the office in time. Hope all are fine so we are. Our address - Edgewater Beach Apartment, Apt 5, Honolulu. Love Cora.
