1930 or so parcel piece from New York City. Mostly oval NY City Hall Station markings; with 2 blocks of 8 of the $1 4th bureau plus a pair and a single, as well as single 30 and 50 cent issues. Neat high franking, unfortunately with no destination, address, or other information to help break down the rate.Your satisfaction is guaranteed. APS member since 1992 and Hip seller since 1996.
