1870 or so cover from Rochester NY, mailed locally at the 2 cent drop rate.  #113 2 cent 1869, spotty CDS.

Typically
$1 domestic shipping for this item/$2 international for items under $50
or 3 combined items up to $50, with $5 for domestic shipments over
$50.  Domestic items under $20 or combined under $50 domestic will now
use Hip's new tracking system where possible, which unfortunately means
fewer stamps on outgoing mail.  International mail requiring tracking
uses Hip's international system, which costs $15 (expensive, but still
the cheapest option to get tracking).
