Nice late 1860s cover from the Land Department of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with grilled 3 cent 1861 issue, cork killer and partial postmark; overall underprinted lines with elaborate state seal logo at left. Pretty cover. Backflap tear; diagonal crease visible from back but not particularly prominent from the front.Your satisfaction is guaranteed. APS member since 1992 and Hip seller since 1996.
